AT&T Nationwide Network Outage; Verizon and T-Mobile also Down for Some

ATLANTA, Ga. - AT&T is experiencing a widespread nationwide network outage affecting AT&T service throughout Cherokee, Calhoun, DeKalb, Etowah Counties and nationwide.

These outages may inhibit your ability to make and receive calls, texts, and access internet. This may also impair your ability to call emergency services (911) from a AT&T device.

Network technicians have been dispatched to resolve the issue but it is unknown as to how long this will take.

AT&T has reported that they have been receiving updates from customers on the outage since 4 a.m.

There also have also been outages reported by both Verizon and T-Mobile customers Thursday morning.

It’s unclear how many people have been affected or what led to the service disruption.
