CEDAR BLUFF - On Saturday, Nov. 19 around 8 a.m., fire departments from Cedar Bluff, Centre, and Gaylesville were dispatched to a mobile home fire on Alabama Avenue in Cedar Bluff.
When fire personnel arrived on the scene the mobile home was already fully engulfed in flames and other structures were also deemed to be in danger including an outbuilding and a vehicle.
Reportedly state fire investigator was called to the scene.
Everyone did manage to exit the home safely. However, Cedar Bluff Fire Department did lose one truck due to a pump malfunction while on the scene, which now leaves the Town of Cedar Bluff down to only one truck for the town, surrounding areas, and for mutual aid.
